To ensure quality of productions in line with SOPs and Product Manf Profile (PMP)
To ensure and follow all procedures and documentation as per specified in ISO-9001-2008 System.
To ensure that all raw materials (metal wires, chemicals, etc) used for production are inspected and tested at the time of receiving.
To ensure that all raw materials( metal wires, chemicals etc), in-process materials, finished/ final product is duly identified w.r.t name, Quality status, Order # etc
To ensure that all international specs used for material testing are current and updated.
To ensure that all products (raw, in-process & final/finished) which fails to meet the Quality requirements are duly identified on the production floor and prevented from mix-up with other products.
To work with the production team in identification of causes of product/process failures and their solutions.
To prepare reports as directed by the management.
To ensure that all the material should be dispatched according to party’s requirements & specifications.
To make arrangements to calibrate all testing machines & equipments without expire the calibration dates.
To ensure, the items which are issued by the production department from store after inspections/tests of QC like chemicals, acid, plastic packing etc are tested/inspected on the level of stores.
To ensure preparation of packing lists, tagging & packing of client material before giving inspection calls & arrange to make all arrangements at the time of inspection by outside clients.
To ensure daily production tested at the same day (In day & night shifts both).
To ensure that QC lab should be properly managed & tidy.
Supervise sample test and reports made by team members and ensures sharing of its results with respective production dept In-charges
To check P.H of rinsing water at Pickling & Galvanized section.
To ensure that temperature of Phosphate & Lime tanks to be check twice a shift.
To supervise material before dispatch of any size at the time of loading to respective client.
To attend day & night shift on alternate basis as assigned by the management.
