A well-known restaurant located at Ferozpur Road needs a Store Keeper.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Regularly update the inventory database or management system.
Receiving and Dispatching:
- Receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of incoming shipments.
- Prepare and process goods for dispatch, ensuring accurate documentation.
Storage and Organization:
- Ensure goods are properly stored, labeled, and organized for easy access.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the storage area.
Stock Replenishment:
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions when inventory is low.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Quality Control:
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and report issues to relevant departments.
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and safety regulations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and consumption.
- Maintain records of damaged or expired goods and follow company procedures for disposal.
Security and Safety:
- Implement security measures to prevent theft, damage, or unauthorized access to the store.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Communication:
- Liaise with other departments, such as procurement, production, and finance, to coordinate inventory-related activities.
