- Prepare of GST sale tax invoices
- Preparation and submission of monthly withholding tax
- Preparation and submission of monthly sale tax
- Preparation and submission of the company's income tax return
- Preparation of SRB return.
- Preparation of balance sheets and profit/loss accounts, cash flow statements, equity accounts for tax purposes
- Conducting monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare the evidence to reply the income tax or sale tax or WHT notices (under the supervision of tax consultant firm)
- Maintain customers’ ledgers and payments in Excel.
- Maintain supplier's ledgers and payments in Excel
- Maintain a record of monthly expenses.
- Bank-related tasks, including LC opening & managing import documents,
- Manage POS (point of sale, installed by FBR) & submit monthly data of POS to FBR
- Ensure correct WHT deduction from suppliers and related party’s payments.
- Maintain complete records in soft and hard form related to sales tax returns, income tax returns, Excise duty, provincial sales tax & imports etc.
- Any other task given by management.
