1.       The Manager Programmes will be responsible to support Head of programmes in day to day programme matters.

2.       Design and develop programmes and projects proposals based on ground needs and in line with PAPk objectives.

3.       Develop programme implementation strategy to the ongoing and planned programme as per PAPk standards.

4.       Supervise programme staff and provide technical support during planning, implementation and monitoring.

5.       Ensure programme quality through participatory approach and involvement of stakeholders.

6.       Coordinate with government, line departments and other stakeholders for smooth implementation of programmes.

7.       Coordinate with Humanitarian clusters, District governments, PHF, NHN and other relevant forums to ensure that organization programmes are in line with humanitarian clusters and government strategies.

8.       Develop programme implementation tools and design data collection, process recording and other formats and documents for programme record and reference.

9.       Monitor programme budget and expenditures in consultation with finance section.

10.   Ensure accountability and transparency at community and programme level.

11.   Visit programme areas for support monitoring and technical support of field staff.

12.   Develop and furnish programme reports and other documents as per PAPk and donors requirements.

13.   Review proposals and budgets submitted by partner organization and provide feedback to Head of Programmes.

14.   Review Reports and feedback from field and IPs and provide back to Head of Programmes.  

15.   Support Field staff and IPs in programme implementation.

16.   Develop monitoring frameworks, Log frames and perform Risk Analysis of programmes.

17.   Perform any other job of relevant nature assigned by his/her supervisor or senior management.

Eligibility:

1.       Master Degree in Social sciences from reputable university.

2.       At least 8 years of experiences on Managerial position probably in I/NGOs.

3.       Have proven experience in Food Security, WASH, Education, HID and Orphan Care.

4.       Have ability to manage multi sectorial projects.

5.       Have experience of working with implementing partner organizations.

6.       Have managed more than 40 direct professional and technical staff.

7.       Excellent proposal and report writer.

8.       Excellent command over MS Office, MS Project and database software.
