Key Responsibilities:-

  • Accountable for the development and management of accounts and relationships across all levels of the customer organization.
  • Communicate the business value of solutions to customers, leading efforts to develop solutions that effectively meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate the participation of various company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to achieve account performance objectives and meet customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business priorities and initiatives.
  • Engage in discussions about relevant trends and priorities, incorporating industry knowledge and solution expertise.
  • Possess the ability to challenge the customer's existing business practices to drive desired outcomes.
  • Take responsibility for the administration of the overall strategic account plan, opportunity management, competitive displacement targeting, and pipeline development within the CRM tool.
  • Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs), prepare bids, follow up on leads, participate in negotiations, and successfully close sales.
  • Provide account updates, sales forecasts, and other relevant information to sales and executive management.
  • Accurately forecast deals for both current and future business, working towards achieving sales quotas.
