Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design:

    • Static Designs & Dynamic Designs.
    • Create visually captivating designs for digital media, including social media posts, website graphics, website banners, advertisements, and marketing collaterals.
    • Develop original concepts, layouts, and artwork, incorporating the company's brand identity and design standards.
    • Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
  2. Video Editing:

    • Edit and enhance raw footage to produce high-quality videos for various purposes, such as promotional videos, instructional videos, product demonstrations, and social media content.
    • Incorporate visual effects, transitions, graphics, and sound to create compelling and engaging video content.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand video requirements and deliver content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  3. Creative Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
    • Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance visual content and improve the overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Work closely with the team to ensure that visual elements are consistent with the brand identity and project requirements.
  4. Asset Management:

    • Organize and maintain a library of graphic assets, templates, and video footage for easy access and reuse.
    • Ensure that all design files and video projects are appropriately labeled, archived, and backed up for future reference and use.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer Video Editor or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Experience in creating compelling and visually appealing social media content is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of current design and video editing trends and best practices.
