We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated eCommerce Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing a custom apparel store on Etsy using Printify as our on-demand printing service. This position will involve collaborating closely with our design team and ensuring seamless integration of product offerings for optimal online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain a custom apparel storefront on Etsy utilizing the Printify platform.
- Oversee the product creation process, including the selection of garment styles, colors, and sizes.
- Collaborate with our design team to ensure designs are optimized for print quality and product appeal.
- Manage product listings including writing product descriptions, setting pricing, and selecting appropriate categories and tags for SEO optimization.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products remain in stock.
- Handle the integration of Printify with Etsy, ensuring that the order fulfillment process is smooth and efficient.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in print-on-demand apparel and recommend strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Provide regular reports on store performance, including sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Implement promotional campaigns as directed.
Requirements:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, particularly Etsy, is preferred.
- Familiarity with print-on-demand services such as Printify or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating compelling product listings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
- Proficient in using design software is a plus (to communicate effectively with the design team, though no design work is required from the eCommerce Specialist).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies to drive online sales.
- Must be proactive, with the capability to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise.
