Web Development Trainer

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Development Trainer to join our team at the Saggian branch of PNY Trainings. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and expertise in a wide range of web development languages and frameworks including MEAN Stack, MERN Stack, Python, and AI. As a Web Development Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and informative training sessions to equip our students with the latest tools and technologies in web development.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum covering various aspects of web development, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MEAN Stack, MERN Stack, Python, and AI.
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and hands-on exercises to facilitate effective learning and skill development among students.
Provide personalized guidance and support to students to help them understand complex concepts, troubleshoot technical issues, and overcome challenges.
Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, presentations, and resources to enhance the learning experience and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
Stay abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in web development, and incorporate them into the training curriculum as appropriate.
Assess student performance and progress through assignments, projects, quizzes, and exams, and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with the curriculum development team and other trainers to review and update training content based on feedback, industry trends, and evolving student needs.
Mentor and coach junior trainers and interns to foster their professional growth and development within the organization.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and knowledge sharing among students and faculty members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience working as a web developer or software engineer with in-depth expertise in MEAN Stack, MERN Stack, Python, and AI.
Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles, preferably in a similar educational institution or corporate training environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Dedication to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying updated with the latest advancements and best practices in web development.
Flexibility to work full-time hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, six days a week, in accordance with the company's schedule and requirements.
