Key Responsibilities:
- Able to Install solar PV systems, handle wiring, mount and connections of Inverter and Solar panels MC4 connections, perform testing, and install main switches for residential and commercial projects.
- Lead site teams to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality installations in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to verify pre-installation requirements are met.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaint resolution and fault removal.
Key Competencies:
- Good knowledge of PV solar industry or willingness to learn Strong technical knowledge.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet project deadlines (time and budget) Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with good time management skills and ability to prioritize your workload Focus on customer service
- Good initiative and attention to detail.
