- A well-known sales & distribution company is looking for an aggressive and passionate individuals to look after sales teams of FMCG items.
5 positions in Karachi, 3 in Lahore, 2 in Islamabad, 1 in Gujranwala, 1 in Faisalabad, 1 in Multan.
General Summary:
- Increase sales, handle sales teams, look for sales growth and account penetration within assigned city / market segment. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
Responsibilities
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management department of herbal medicines dept.
- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
- Prepare sales reports on computer and give presentations to management.
- Handle sales teams, supervisors and sales reps.
