1. Ensure timely availability of raw materials on production floor for smooth operation.

2. Ensure safe operations of all the processing units such as raw egg reception, egg pasteurization, homogenization, CIP and filling machines.

3. Manage the process for optimum operation with close coordination of other cross functional departments in order to maximize the quality and productivity.

4. Monitor, adjust and maintain different process parameters of daily production related to quality, hygiene and product safety.

5. Ensure to manage day operation work force and producing product according to the daily / weekly production plans.

6. Ensure to control the process losses within given target / standards of product and materials.

7. To ensure personal hygiene of workers and staff deputed in stores and production operations.

8. Ensure to maintain documented information for routine production operation; and check / verify the record of in-process OPRPs and CCPs to endorse at-least twice in a shift time.

9. Give training sessions to plant Labour on different topics but minimum to “Egg Breaking, Pasteurization, Filling, Hygiene Housekeeping, Food Defense, Hygiene Zoning, OPRP, CCP, and Cross Contamination”.

10. Identify, analyze and report potential non-conformities or deviations of the system and product.

11. Coordinate with quality system department for audit and system compliance.

12. Preparation of periodic reports on departmental performance.

13. Initiate and lead continues improvement initiative for production department so that employee skill level improves.
