Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls from taxi drivers and assisting them with their insurance inquiries, including providing quotes for new policies and facilitating the renewal process for expired insurance.
- Actively listening to customers' needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy, and providing accurate information and solutions.
- Utilizing our system to look up customer information, update records, and process insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Responding to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our company's insurance products, policies, and procedures.
- Adhering to compliance regulations and confidentiality guidelines when handling customer information.
Requirements:
- Must fluent in English
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when inputting customer information into the system.
