Strong proficiency with 2/3G theoretical knowledge, Good communication at network strategy with customer or daily work;
Be familiar with 2/3G OSS-KPI degradation reason analysis and OSS-KPI optimization process. have good capability at KPI optimization solution; Good knowledge at Rollout project process.
Understanding 2/3G major enhancement features and solutions. Have experience at feature or solution deployment and evaluation.
Good skills at Huawei RF basic tool, such as Gene cloud/Om start/FMA/U2020/U-net;
Hard-working attitude and accept overtime if project urgency task. Good service awareness as qualified RF service engineer.
Good skills at basic RF office software such as Excel/Power point/word. Good at report summary and showing for RF daily work.
Do not contribute if only DT test or analysis and SSV-making work experiences.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Field.
5 Years experience on RF NPM or MS projects, and 3 Years experience on Huawei vendor.
