People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multi-national client organizations across all HR functions.
Job Description
- Ensure that recruitment packs are filled properly before sharing/ forwarding to Head Office for record keeping.
- Execution of training plan, communication of the induction training plan to candidates, Admin & Logistics Officer to book venues. Communicate with Admin & Logistics Officer for missing facilities at booked training venues.
- Coordinate with Client Relations Department to ensure that approved disciplinary actions are taken/entered in the system, letters are issued and are recorded accordingly.
- Participate in /conduct field-level investigations.
- Regularly update Unit Head Client Relations on status of disciplinary actions for onward intimation to UNICEF/WHO
Requirements:
- Qualification: BBA/MBA or equivalent
- Experience: 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
