Job Responsibilities

Assist in scripting training content for Urdu voiceovers, ensuring accuracy and clarity in conveying learning materials.
Convert pre-existing training presentations into engaging video content suitable for a learning management system (LMS).
Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive training manuals, including tasks such as formatting, printing, and final documentation.
Support day-to-day training operations, which may include organizing training sessions, coordinating material, and ensuring a smooth training process.
collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative approaches to enhance training materials and methodologies.
Assist in analyzing training needs and participate in the development of new training programs or initiatives.
Engage in quality assurance processes to maintain the standard and effectiveness of training materials.
communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders together with feedback and incorporate improvements into training content.
Learn and utilize various tools and software for content creation, editing, and management within the training domain.
Adhere to deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned training and development tasks.

Requirements

Graduation or equivalent.
