- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in Travel Agency. Minimum Intermediate or equivalent.
- Good customer dealing skills and basic English language communication skills (Males & Females)

Duties
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and issues
- Research and resolve customer issues
- Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
