Skills

- Good and clear English Accent. (American/Canadian Preferred)

- Corporate sounding neutral accent.

- Good listening Skills and customer friendly up selling skills.

- Ability to work in a team and be prepared to work under a rewards program.

- Ability to learn pre-prepared customer friendly effective up sell and cross sell scripts

- Managing Software and Tech Support Plan inquiries to ensure client always gets the best solution. Previous sales experience will be excellent but not necessary.

- Willing to work on any shift and be a team player preferences will be taken into consideration.

- Ability to learn quickly and be highly professional.

- Should be willing to start within the next 15 -30 days.

- All our salary packages have a Fixed Basic and Performance Related Commission Structure.

- Additional Incentives will be given on successful completion of probationary period.

- Results orientated bonuses on successful completion of training will be offered.
