Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in hiring, processing and evaluation of temporary workers
- Assist in the compilation of Staff Attendance and Worker Labor Hours.
- Maintain Staff and Worker Leave Record.
- Assist in day to day department procedures, documentation etc.
- Cataloging and processing employee benefits and claims.
- Assist in overall recruitment process
- Dealing with government institutions (EOBI, Social Security Etc. for Worker Claims and Issues)
- Other tasks assigned by the department members
