We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our human resources department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of handling a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and training logistics.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process payroll and assist with benefits administration.
  • Provide support for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
