To formulate channels strategies for different sales divisions in consultation of concerned departmental executives To plan up-gradation of existing channels/ distributors and explore new avenues where needed To conclude effective and profitable business distributor contracts for different divisions and ensure strict compliance by vendors To monitor the distributors sales and their analysis/ performance review as per set SOPs/ criteria To ensure healthy business relationships with the distributors regarding implementation of company's policies/ projects, maintaining sustained growth
