To plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program for sales personnel, to enhance their skills and knowledge to achieve sales objectives To work with the Division / Department Heads to develop the Sales Training strategy which supports the delivery of company priorities and meets operational requirements To produce course materials and other documents such as notes, handouts, manuals and exercises that is necessary to ensure the delivery of high quality training courses To review trainee feedback, and evaluate effectiveness of training and course outcomes; identifying areas for improvement
