Role and responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and eligibility.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date advice on a wide range of immigration matters, including student visas, work permits, Visit Visa, and business visas.
  • Develop and implement personalized immigration strategies for each client.
  • Assist clients with gathering and organizing required documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Proactively manage client expectations and keep them informed throughout the immigration process.
  • Maintain detailed case files and ensure adherence to all legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay current on evolving immigration laws and regulations.
  • Greeting customers warmly and attentively to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Actively listen to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales interaction.
  • Regularly prepare reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market trends for the Director. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.

Qualifications and education requirements

  • A university master’s degree is beneficial but not mandatory. Relevant fields include business administration, communication, or customer service.
  • This position demands a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English. 

Preferred skills

  • Immigration Law and Regulations:  knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures for various countries is beneficial. Training will be provided.
  • Case Management: You'll be handling multiple client cases simultaneously, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex paperwork.
  • Legal Research: Researching legal precedents and interpreting complex legal documents is crucial for providing accurate advice and building strong cases.
  • Technology Proficiency:  Use of Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Soft Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key. You'll need to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Building trust and rapport with clients is vital. This requires active listening, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Unexpected situations and challenges arise in immigration cases. Strong problem-solving skills are needed to find creative solutions within legal boundaries.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is paramount in immigration applications. You'll need a meticulous eye for detail to ensure all documentation is complete and error-free.
  • Client Service: Providing exceptional customer service is a must. This includes keeping clients informed, managing expectations, and addressing their concerns effectively.
