Rainsoft develops software products for financial services Industry for United States market. Rainsoft is backed by over 10 year old, well established US based financial services company. Company presently has two open positions in its Clifton Block-3, Karachi office location.
Rainsoft has an opening for a Senior level Software Engineer with Microsoft MVC experience. Senior Engineer should have a minimum of 5 year experience working with .Net technologies and Microsoft MVC.
This is a full-time, day shift position with handsome salary and benefits package ranging between 100,000 to 200,000 monthly. Salary will be commensurate with knowledge and experience. This is a senior level position. Please, no entry level candidates need to apply.

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineers to join our agile development team. As a Software Engineer, you will be expected to work in a team environment. You should be able to quickly gain system level understanding of our platform and be able to provide impact analysis on changes they introduce. You should have a mastery of engineering best practices including test-driven development, coding for reuse and readability, good object-oriented design. You will also be able to share and mentor other engineers in best practices.
Primary Duties
- Write working, readable, tested code using ASP Dot Net MVC platform
- Collaborate with a QA Analyst and Product Manager to design and deliver quality units of functionality on weekly basis
- Participate in a fifteen minute daily stand up meeting to report progress
- Participate in weekly meetings to estimate complexity, clarify requirements, and plan the implementation of business requirements Consult and assist other Engineers with design and implementation as needed
