Role Description:
1) Responsible for generating revenue as per target (NR delivery) and entire in market execution for relevant territory
2) Ensuring productivity targets are met for various outlets
3) Lead and monitor activities of order bookers on daily basis. Closely check merchandising, other promotional and visibility programs being driven at organizational level
4) Analyse and monitor sales MIS, and various reports on daily basis and plan & structure sales team activities accordingly
5) Serve as a liaison between distributors and the organization at all times
6) Ensure smooth operations at distributor end for day to day functioning of frontline sales including negotiations on rates, smooth service delivery of products in respective outlets amongst others.
7) Supervise a team of at least 4-5 order bookers in concerned territory ensuring smooth operation of day to day sales including matters concerning absenteeism etc.
