The Delivery Operations Manager will be responsible for complete operations management of the delivery business and will be resposible to recruit, train and manage the growing delivery team across Pakistan.
Job Description
- Operations Management of Delivery Business
- Recruit, Training delivery staff
- Assigning delivery tasks, follow up and co ordination with delivery riders to ensure deliveries on time and as per expectations.
- Managing operations from pick up of goods to the delivery to the final customer
- Tracking and reporting all activities and daily progress sheet to the Head office
- Implementing appropriate software with I.T department and ensuring checks and balances are implemented to maintain 100% accuracy of order deliveries.
This job is open for Experience Delivery operations Managers from Courier, Logistics companies, COD services as well as for delivery men who have a university/college degree and are proficient in English and usage of microsoft excel and other softwares.
