Right Vision International School (Libya Campus ) is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Montessori to O/A Levels Implementation Specialist and Teacher Trainer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing the O/A Levels system within our school and providing comprehensive training to our teachers.

Requirements:

Masters degree, with a preference for Curriculum Development and B.Ed/M.Ed holders.
Have at least 5 years of teaching and 1 year of management experience in reputed school preferably O/A level system
Extensive experience with the O/A Levels system, including curriculum design, assessment strategies, and teaching methodologies.
Proven track record of successful O/A Levels implementation in educational settings.
Excellent written and oral English.
Proficiency in Excel, a solid grasp of organizational tasks including syllabus implementation and exam conduction, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills, are essential.
Effective time management and a commitment to career development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of the O/A Levels system within the school, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and educational objectives.
Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for teachers to enhance their proficiency in teaching the curriculum
Create resources, materials, and assessment tools to support effective teaching and learning within the O/A Levels framework.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of O/A Levels implementation, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on developments and best practices in O/A Levels education, incorporating relevant advancements into the school's curriculum and teaching strategies.
Establishes a culture of mutual respect and excellence through dialogue and relationship with staff, students, office person and others.
Provides leadership and oversight for the instructional, curricular and co-curricular program.
Supervises implementation of Academic policies of the institute, evaluating lesson plans, observing class teachings and regulating tests and exams.
Plans and ensures timely executions of events according to the approved event calendar.
Ensures a safe, orderly environment that encourages the students to take responsibility for behavior and creates high morale among staff and students.
Conducts meeting, as necessary, for the proper functioning of campus: Weekly lesson Plan meetings, monthly general staff meetings etc.
Develops, monitors and evaluates programs to enhance positive campus culture and climate.
Establishes monitors and evaluates campus improvement goals.
