  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with a high level of customer service
  • Create and maintain customer accounts and profiles in the system

  • Fluent in English and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in a customer service role is a plus at least 06month+
