Purpose: The role serves as a pivotal link between project teams in Afghanistan and key stakeholders (including donors, RIZ Consulting and government) for a large-scale results-based financing initiative to support the people of Afghanistan in conjunction with the Ministry of Public Health. The incumbent shall oversee the development, management and implementation of project plans, tools, and frameworks, ensuring alignment with and achievement of project objectives. Additionally, the position entails active stakeholder engagement, meeting coordination and follow-up, and strategic information extraction for management consumption to support decision making, and realization of project goals.
