We are seeking a dynamic Trainer to join our team as we expand our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispatching and freight broking, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. This role will involve providing training and guidance to our team members, ensuring they are well-rounded and equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in their roles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs on dispatching and freight broking processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for team members to enhance their skills and understanding of the industry.
- Provide individual coaching and support to team members to address specific learning needs and challenges.
- Create training materials, presentations, and resources to support the learning objectives.
- Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training plans to address them.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching and freight broking.
- Strong understanding of dispatching and freight broking processes, procedures, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively convey complex information clearly and understandably.
- Proven track record in training and development, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing training needs and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
