Job Description:

  • Informing prospective students of a specific program's admission requirements, delivery methods and course structure in order to successfully meet/exceed enrollment targets.
  • Sell the program's benefits to potential students by completing a full needs analysis which includes qualifying that the student meets the application criteria for admissions and handling the prospective students' objections.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our CRM database with full and proper documentation.
  • Provide timely follow-up with prospective students/applicants.
  • Take ownership of and meet enrollment targets both as an individual and team.
  • Provide quality and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Meet/exceed productivity expectations.
  • Work standardized shifts as per individual program need, between the hours of 9am and 9pm (there will be exceptions to this where required by the program). The standard shift start at 9 am and the second shift starts at12:30.
  • Be an active, independent and continuous learner.
  • Participate in and provide feedback during meetings and to your supervisor to address sales tactics, best practices and strategies.
  • Liaise with universities admissions personnel for program requirements/updates/information

Dealing with admissions on daily basis. Greet them and make them fill the Student Registration Form SRF-001 and save the details for further actions.

  • Maintain telephonic admission inquiries register and walk in admission inquiries register whether on computer or manually to keep a follow up with the parents and applicants.
  • Issuing visitors slip to parents for the conduct of admission assessment test in other branch
  • As Admissions Advisor contacting potential students that have expressed an interest in attending RIS and taking them through the admissions process and maintain enrollment management records and complete all standard reports and adhoc reports, when needed, on time.
  • Keeping up-to-date with marketing and promotional material published by the Regional Office and distributing it effectively to support admissions, achievements and school profile.

SCHOOL COORDINATOR: Coordinating among branches on daily basis, informing branch heads about any events, notices, new admission for assessment, dealing and informing Heads on daily basis and sending updates of admissions weekly to Directors and Head Office.

  • Coordinating Events as per the instructions and guidelines from department of inter school coordination and communications at the Head Office with the branches. Informing and sending documents via mails and e-mails and telephonic communication on daily basis.
  • Open Day, UN Action Day Event or beyond the classroom Activity Planning, communication and notification for teachers and students on regular basis
  • Liaison with the school manager for organizing and conducting Roots school action days, Roots Open days, Roots Beyond the classroom activities and United Nations Activity Calendar annual activities.
  • Supporting School Manager/ Art Teacher and Duty Teacher with the successful conduct of all such event, orientations, activities, open days, annual parent’s day, sporting events, extravaganza or all such extra-curricular or co-curricular activities.
  • Ensure time daily class time table implementation, morning assembly presentation, activity, sports and discipline monitoring
  • To act as the bridge between teacher and Branch Head and/or Parent and Branch Head and to bring issues to the notice of the Head Office on daily basis
  • Supporting and satisfying the student or teacher school based queries related to academics, quality of teaching, discipline, culture, sports, hygiene, extra-curricular and co-curricular activities
