This position reports to the Regional Vice President - Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for:
- Planning and strategizing Business Plan for various cities for self and a team of 3-4 Sales Executives on a Monthly & Quarterly basis.
- Heading/managing a team of 3-4 Sales Executives with their training, guiding and supporting to make their business targets and to get 100% results from them.
- Qualify meetings with the decision makers. Give a complete online demonstration of ROZEE.PK products & services and close sales.
- Preparing proposals for customers based on their needs, including creative, innovative, novel, unique concepts and approaches.
- Negotiations with clients and assisting/participating in the negotiation process.
- Creating and building client relationships.
- Sales/margin/profit/revenue growth.
- Attending various events organized or participated by the company.
- Provide timely feedback to the management regarding activities and meetings done with clients using CRM software.
