- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines accurately.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with call center software.
