- Know to prepare the technical drawings and plans requires for the project (if it’s not given by the client)
- Know to prepare the BOQ of civil works (if it’s not given by the client)
- Know to Review the project drawing, BOQ and scope of work of civil works.
- Plan all the work according to the timescale & deadlines for the project.
- Estimate materials, equipment, & labor for each item & deliver a list of it to the manager.
- Monitoring/ Supervising, managing and inspecting the whole project and the manpower.
- Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
- Control the manpower & check their productivities.
- Responsibility of execution of the whole project.
- Meetings with the client for technical assistance.
