Job Description:
(1) A university degree from an accredited university in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business administration, international development, public health); (2) At least 6-8 years of relevant technical experience in an RFA: 391-12-000004 FATA-KP Health Program Page 39 of 53international development setting on similar international donor funded programs is required. Relevant technical experience includes financial management, logistics,human resource management, procurement, and accounting, including experience in audit, compliance, contracts, budget and resource development. Knowledge of USAID procurement and auditing regulations is desirable;
(3) Excellent team player, able to work with minimal supervision and with prior experience in administration is required;
(4) Fluent oral and strong analytical, written English communications skills; (5) Proven personal skills including unimpeachable integrity, patience, tact, mature judgment, and strong negotiating and interpersonal communication skills;
(6) Demonstrated ability to assure that individuals and teams adhere to the highest standards of quality, relevance and timeliness;
(7) Strong computer skills, including ease and skill in using word, excel spreadsheets, email, the internet, and windows applications; and
(8) Experience training staff is highly desirable.
