Job Description:
(1) A university degree from an accredited university is required. A degree in a field (e.g., social science, demography,international development, health, and the like) relevant to the position is highly desirable;
(2) At least 5-7 years in a similar role in an international development setting on similar international donor funded programs, is required. Experience in a similar role on a USAID- funded program is desirable,
(3) proven experience managing/developing aM&E system for a similar program, preparation of project and PMEP reporting, ensuring consistent data collection and management, managing data collection processes, and the like;
(4) Demonstrated skills in overseeing, designing and/or implementing surveys;
(5) Fluent oral and strong analytical, written English communications skills is required. Pashto or Urdu communications skills desired;
(6) excellent presentation skills including a demonstrated ability to interpret survey and PMEP data for high level audiences;
(7) Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with donors, government officials, and public, private and civil society sector partners;
(8) Strong computer skills,including ease and skill in using word, excel spreadsheets, email, the internet, andwindows applications;
(9) experience training staff is highly desirable; and
(10) Familiarity with issues related to demographic and health matters in Pakistan.
