Outlet Manager shall be responsible but not limited to the following things.
Manage overall operations of the store e.g customers services, inventory, display management, visual merchandising, staff training and evaluation.
Responsible for profitablity of the store
Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements
coordinate with marketing team for effective implementation of marketing strategies
To manage stock level and making key decision in order to avoid excess or shortage of inventory
