We are a software company looking to hire an Accountant and Bookkeeper with Quick books experience, preferably Quick books Online version or Xero. Quick books or Xero experience is a must. Minimum of 4 years of accounting / bookkeeping experience with verifiable references, work history and relevant degrees/ certification. Candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality and be very detail-oriented (Every penny counts!)
Night shift, from Monday to Thursday. Candidate must be fully comfortable with:
- Record and process Accounts receivables
- Record and process accounts payable
- Make journal entries
- Balance Quick books or Xero with online bank accounts
- Prepare payroll
- Keep an accurate inventory count in Xero or Quick books
- Keep an accurate count of customer base on a regular basis
- Handle other general accounting and bookkeeping tasks
