• · Conduct job level evaluations, analyze scope & span of control; recommends structural changes to improve department / team effectiveness.
  • · Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments.
  • · Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes improvement.
  • · Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
  • · Diagnose potential organizational problem areas and suggest methods for improvement.
  • · Recommend training and development systems with in organization.
  • · Design, maintain, and periodically evaluate an effective recruitment process for appropriate selection of staff in terms of quality, organizational fit and attitude. Conducting interviews to determine their suitability to match business requirement.
  • · Explores the social media and build strong supporting network and online presence of the organization to gain positive feeling about the approach of organization. Communicate specialized job vacancies into right niches present in online media and builds the competitive advantage of the organization in important online niches and increases the probability of hiring key job positions using the social media recruitment.
  • · Identification of organizational, departmental and individual training needs through conducting Training Need Assessment (TNA), Coordinate with external institutions for identification of updated trainings available in the market. Liaison with external trainers and institutions to arrange In-house training programs after approval, discussions and negotiations. Conduct and maintain training feedback and post training evaluation to identify ROI, prepare reports update Training Management System.
  • · Process recommendations from departmental heads for certifications of technical personnel depending on the nature of certification; either to enhance their competency, maintain a partnership or for a specific project.
  • · Assist in conducting Annual Performance Appraisal exercise. Ensure employee compliance with all performance management processes such as annual performance review process, goal setting, probationary reviews, employee development planning.
  • · Conduct Employee Engagement Survey on annual basis to identify specific actionable recommendations for positive change, recognize organizational strengths and weakness in key areas, and to see how the company is functioning from many perspectives across the organization’s structure.
  • · Conduct Job Analysis to prepare Job Description to describe the duties and responsibilities and Job Specifications for required qualification and experience when required.
  • · Participate in development of Departmental Objectives and Key Performance Indicators on annual basis.
  • · Prepare Quality System Procedures Manual and maintain proper documentation according to ISO 9001 Standards.
