Responsible to Prepare pre-season Plans; financial sales, gross margin, and inventory, consistent with the company's goals.
Responsible to develop merchandise strategies for the season and to support line development and buying needs.
Plan product ranges and preparing sales stock plans in conjunction with buyers and also Control inventory level by checking in all external vendors and ensuring the delivery is accurate.
Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges.
Keep open line of communication with vendors to ensure the store’s needs are met. Ensure external vendors are following quality standards and the proper product pricing.
Responsible for cash management procedures. Monitor and analyze reports relating to Loss Prevention and report trends to the General Manager.
Responsible to coach and communicate with the store team about all our products and share technical knowledge, and provide recommendations about ways to connect our customers with the right solutions or products.
Responsible to manage and plan merchandise inventory positions and markdown strategies to drive departmental sales, inventory, profit and turnover objectives.
Responsible to identify the buyer(s) to review in season product trends and performance, develop revised projections, and recommend adjustments to the season's plan to maximize sales and profitability.
Responsible to identify risks and opportunities to maximize profits on the basis of financial control through analysis and management of markdowns and purchase orders.
Responsible to have strong relation & negotiations with all existing & new vendors and respond in a timely manner to any product recall and follow established processes.
