Arino a growing E-Store is in need of highly talented and well-experienced person (male) to fill the post of E-Commerce Customer Care Representative.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Receive voice, chat and e-mail interactions and initiate prompt and relevant response
- Route call, answer, or make notes to follow up
- Obtain information necessary to process orders
- Work with Account Managers, Technical Support, and Sales Staff to ensure customer’s questions are resolved
- Handles inbound inquiries in regards to sales support, technical support, basic product and service questions
- Record all customer interactions and ensure that all questions/queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Obtain customer feedback information to improve our customer’s experience
- Interact and communicate order fulfillment issues and/or requests with our supplier and vendor partners
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Other Qualities:
- Excellent attention to details is a must- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to correctly calculate figures and amounts
- Excellent telephone skills
- Good understanding of e-commerce business and tools
- Experienced in using internet-based chat, instant messaging and related communication tools- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Must be proficient in typing quickly and accurately
Experience:
- Experience with online merchant/vendor call center strongly preferred
Educational Qualification:
- Intermediate/B.Com
