The candidates must have the abilities like customer engagement and intimacy, keeping social media accounts and handling social media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. By strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. Job Responsibilities
- Administer social media marketing campaigns as well as day-to-day activities.
- Build up concerned content topics to achieve the company’s target clients.
- Generate, curate and supervise all published content such as messages, images, and videos.
- Monitor, listen and respond to the customers in a professionally public way while dealing with sales.
- Arrange online sponsorship and launch a stream of promotions.
- Supervise designs of social media platforms especially Facebook such as timeline covers, profile pictures, ads, thumbnails and more.
- Monitor all the comments and reviews of the clients and respond to all the reviews respectively so that their trust is firmed up.
- Analyze tweak and key strategy when the need arises.
- Prepare reports regarding ROT (management showing results.
- Bring new ideas and cultivate public relationships exactly with the company’s vision and mission.
- Have extraordinary negotiation skills with a full command of the English language.
- Take out of the box measures to increase the company’s sales through active engagement with online clients by implementing effective social media.
- Create budgets and strategies for social media activities.
- Post and comment on relevant blog.
- Expand networking and introduce products persuasively.
- Monitor trends in social media and reports on effectiveness of campaigns.
- Keep an eye on the activities of main competitors in social media.
- Create media and marketing plans to present to customers.
- Evaluate and investigate market competition to build up effectual strategic marketing plans to drive clients revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit business proposals to established and prospective clients.
