- Recording of entries (Receipts & Payments) in Financial System.
- Processing of Head Office utilities, vendors and administrative payments.
- SCOPE, SCRC Trails & Beneficiaries Payments.
- Processing & Payments of IPD and OPD bills.
- Recording of donation expenses.
- Preparation of bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis.
- Resolution and follow-up of reconciling items.
- Performing duties of document controller.
- Payment processing to the restricted account beneficiaries.
- Facilitated in retravel of financial data when demanded by tax authorities.
- Ensured deposit of cheques to beneficiaries’ bank accounts.
- Coordination with related parties on monthly basis for reconciliation.
- Timely submission of Withholding tax and Sales tax Withheld into Government treasury.
- Filing of Quarterly Withholding tax return and Monthly Sales tax return on timely basis.
- Any other official task assigned by the Line Manager.
