To receive and process all invoices, expenses forms and requests for payments
· To verify calculations and input codes into the finance system in an accurate manner.
· To maintain record and reconcile accounts
· To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis.
· To prepare cheques for payment
· To assist in reconciliation process
· To assist in the collection and resolution of past due accounts
· To follow and successfully adhere to active account tracking and reporting procedure in accordance with foundation’s policies
