• Conduct thorough feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential projects and initiatives
  • Develop accurate financial projections to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning
  • Perform investment appraisals to evaluate the potential returns and risks associated with various capital investments
  • Lead the implementation of ERP systems to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of financial systems and processes
  • Develop accurate financial projections and models to support decision-making and project planning
  • Oversee project accounting processes, including cost tracking, budget management, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure financial objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts for healthcare construction projects, taking into account all relevant factors and variables
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Member of the Institute of the Charted Accountants of Pakistan with at least 5-10 years post qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in conducting feasibility studies, financial projections, and investment appraisals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • Experience in health care is preferable.
  • Prior experience in ERP system implementation and proficiency in financial software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
