1. Develop and execute clinical quality assurance programs.
  2. Conduct clinical investigation, and site audits and generate audit reports accordingly.
  3. Plan, coordinate and implement quality management and improvement programs for the healthcare facility.
  4. Ensure clinical processes are conducted in accordance with guidelines and regulations.
  5. Participate in planning, development, coordination, presentation of specific trainings and educational programs, as appropriate for the organization’s requirements to improve quality and patient safety.
  6. Assist in developing strategies and policies for the quality program to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness, and for facilitating feedback to enable operations to take more proactive approaches.
  7. Keep up-to-date with all the related quality legislation and compliance issues.
  8. Assist and/or lead activities in the areas of quality assurance audits, monitoring, and reporting.
  9. Facilitate ongoing quality improvement using risk-based methodology, while maintaining compliance with applicable study protocols, quality system regulations and ISO/JCIA standards, where applicable.
  10. Analyze, and evaluate available data and prepare written audit reports of findings & observations to be shared with senior management as required.
  11. Conduct internal quality audits for all hospital departments.
  12. Assist Director Quality Assurance and assist Director quality assurance in JCIA preparation.
  13. Conduct root cause analysis for sentinel events.
  14. Review adverse drug reaction and adverse events.
  15. Conduct periodic audits for the compliance of Joint Commission International Accreditation.
