• Responsible for maintaining highest level of security within the hospital.
  • Engaged in the implementation of Hospital’s safety & security Procedures & Plan.
  • Assisting Manager Security in overseeing all aspects of the Safety & Security Department.
  • Planning and scheduling day-to-day activities of all security personnel, to ensure that all areas are properly and adequately secured at all times.
  • Carrying out routine security rounds of IPDs, OPDs and other hospital locations.
  • Conducting regular inspection and meeting with staff to review and if necessary recommends re-modification of any security procedures.
  • Ensuring that all incident, inspection, discrepancies etc. are recorded.
  • Ensuring maximum security and safety measures are being provided towards the Patient / Attendant and the staff of the hospital.
  • Development and implementation of standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure ongoing activities of security and physical protection responsibilities that include assets protection, workplace violence prevention, access control systems, video surveillance and information protection.
  • Handling and resolving patient / Attendant complaints and establishing a tactful approach in the event of any complex situation.
  • Deploying security staff to effectively handle disaster situations.
  • Maintaining liaison with various law enforcement, fire & emergency response Agencies including local police authorities for controlling extenuating situations.

Requirements

  • Graduation preferably Masters
  • Ex-Army Officer, preferably Major or Lt. Col. From Pak Army (Fighting Arms)
  • Maximum Age limit: 45 years
  • Strong Commanding and Staff Management Skills.
  • Experience at a similar position in hospital industry with knowledge of ISO, JCIA and Quality Assurance standards would be an added advantage
