Translation & Administrative Executive
Job Description :
1. Responsible for the company in both Chinese and English translation and interpretation;
2. Responsible for office administration , personnel management and other internal affairs;
3. Responsible for personnel reception from the head office;
4. Responsible for the liaison with the local government and relevant departments in Pakistan;
4. Manage the scheduling of meetings; prepare materials; record of meetings.
5. Performs other related duties and tasks as required by supervisor.
Job Requirements
1. Chinese or Native Pakistani who can work legally in Pakistan;
2. Bachelor diploma; 20-30 years old.
3. One year plus work experience; familiar with foreign trade business; driving license preferred;
4. Excellent writing and speaking skills in English,Chinese and Urdu is a must.
5. Computer proficiency a must- Word, Power Point and Excel.
6. Self-motivated, creative and hardworking spirit.
