Exceptional ENGLISH communication skills
Experience in call center industry
Experience in US OUTBOUND CALLING
Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
You consider yourself an "A" player and a professional appointment setter.
You must know what it's like to dial the phone 125 times per day.
You will be calling warm leads.
You must know how to build relationships by being an excellent listener.
You must have the ability to close the sale and get the appointment.
You should have experience overcoming objections.
You Responsibilities:
· Generate appointments from company generated leads, through telemarketing .
· Take complete application to qualify leads for product/service offerings
· Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process
· Overcome objections of prospective customers.
· To understand the homeowner’s hardships and represent the FAIR Program in a positive manner
· Work alongside our Senior Agents to ensure deals are moving along properly
Qualifications we seek:
· Must be able to work weekends
· Previous sales experience, with a proven track record, required
· Previous experience with mortgages, loan modifications, and real estate (preferred)
· Customer service based mentality
· Must be coachable and disciplined
· Must be tech savvy
· An assertive and persistent personality
· A high level of professionalism and integrity
· Team player with a positive attitude.
