JOB PROFILE SUMMARY
Responsible for providing client support functions to the assigned team in order to promote workflow efficiency and support discovery interactions. Assists the team with pre- and post-campaign analytics and contact-level intelligence. JOB FUNCTIONS - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES THAT TAKE NO LESS THAN 10% OF OVERALL JOB TIME

  • Researches client responsibilities, business drivers, and team structure to identify viable opportunities.
  • Assists with identifying target market opportunities by providing documented feedback on market penetration and competitor presence.
  • Monitors and analyzes usage reports to identify outreach opportunities for Account Managers and/or Sales Executives.
  • Promotes discovery diagnostic conversations with clients to assess viability of business opportunities.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date outreach records in Salesforce.com.
  • Addresses incoming client questions or issues.
  • Provides back-up support when Account Managers or Sales Executives are traveling. Assists with travel planning and meeting scheduling.
  • Completes other assignments as required and/or assigned.
Require Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Intermediate level of computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Good understanding of the finance industry, players, and roles.
  • Continual education through on the job training, professional journals, literature, and attendance at appropriate seminars and conferences.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Ability to determine solutions for customers and get the “big-picture” view of the client from a client relations standpoint. Demonstrated initiative.
  • Organizational effectiveness skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate well and teach over the phone.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients.
  • Ability to collect, analyze and summarize data and to prepare clear and concise presentations and reports.
  • The incumbent should have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain cognizant of deadlines and schedules.
