Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and consultation to clients on immigration and citizenship matters, including visa applications, residency permits, and citizenship requirements.
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration and citizenship applications in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes to immigration policies and procedures.
- Represent clients in immigration proceedings and hearings, when required.
- Draft legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, and appeals related to immigration cases.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client cases and communications.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments within the organization to ensure comprehensive legal support for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; Master's degree in Law (LLM) preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience practicing immigration and citizenship law i
- In-depth knowledge of Pakistani immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
